300c AIR GLIDE STRUTS
Unique features of Air Glide Suspension Bag Struts
All struts parts are made in house (not imported)
TSS kit uses factory OEM bodies or Koni shocks (Konis best choice)
All struts come standard with triple convoluted bags.
DUNLOP TRIPLE convoluted bags are 25% larger volume than strut bags.
The triple convoluted bag has a 3000lb rating
Fitting bags over strut will not pressurize shock internals if the bag has the correct volume.
Triple convoluted bags out perform all other bag struts in handling, comfort & reliability.
Triple convoluted bags maintain full original travel, 188mm on the 300c with our Koni’s
The drop over bags fall 50mm short of this.
Koni shock upgrade allows the choice of Limo style ride thru to performance.
No other kit has this feature.
Most rolling sleeve bags only have a 1200lb rating due to a smaller volume of air.
This 1200lb is under the tire load rating (100W = 800kg or1760lb) for this car and would not pass engineers.
The rolling sleeve bag would also be working at 100% of its capacity just to achieve 100mm legal ride height
let alone allowing a safety margin for cornering, braking, bumps and pot holes.
Upper seal plates on TSS struts have a S/S insert for leak proof operation.
Lower strut mount is a fully machined ‘billet’ piece of 6061 aircraft aluminum.
Each TSS strut is 7kg lighter than stock strut on average.
All TSS struts have correct DOT articulated line.
The articulated air line has a higher flow rate than ½” air line.
Other struts have push to connect fittings or braided compressor air lines and cannot be engineered as they do not
meet the DOT requirements.
These other air lines fail as they have not passed the whip test all brake and articulated air lines have been tested too.
Dollar for Dollar the TSS kit is miles infront of any other kit currently sold on the market.

Just recently I had a popular drop over bag for 300c load tested
The results were concerning to say the least
The bag itself use to be advertised as 1500lb rated bag
They now no longer post a load rating for this bag.????
Now for the front of a 300c this is already too little as this bag needs 90 psi
just to achieve ride height and these bags are rated for only 100psi.
When the bag was load tested at 100 psi it only came in at 1260lb.
Well under the claim of 1500lb.
A volume calculation was also done by filling the bag with water and then draining it out to get the volume
The calculation for lift at that volume came in at 1060lb @100psi
It is extreemely important to make sure the bag used on such a large car has enough lifting capacity for the car and is not working at 100% of it load capacity just to get ride height
The ride would be extreemly stiff as the bag effectively would be locked up
One other thing I found is the tire hits on this bag at full lock
